Öffentliches Profil Marina Tomàs

Professor Marina Tomas is currently a Professor in Management Education in the Faculty of Sciences of Education, Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her main research interests are around management and cultural change within universities, including studies of innovative culture in universities. She directed the Department of Applied Pedagogy (2005-2008) and was a Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Education (2000-2004) at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. From 1999 she has coordinated a team of researchers in higher education management and leadership.
