ICTs and the transformation of education in the knowledge economy
Debates on Education is a forum organised by the Jaume Bofill Foundation and the UOC, with the collaboration of MACBA, with the aim of encouraging debate on current affairs and background events that we believe to be key to the challenges and problems that have to be faced in education in terms of the social, political and economic context in which we live.
This debate is organised in collaboration with the Catalan School Board as part of its conference on The Impact and Contribution of Digital Technologies in Education.
Innovative Lehr- und Lernpraktiken: Schlüsselelemente für die Entwicklung kreativer Klassenräume in Europa
Dieser Artikel befasst sich mit der Frage, wie Lehr- und Lernpraktiken auf der Systemebene erneuert werden, und unterbreitet einen sorgfältig formulierten Ansatz und konsolidierten Vorschlag für kreative Klassenräume, der ihren ganzheitlichen und systemischen Charakter, die erwarteten Lernerfolge und ihre pädagogischen, technologischen und organisatorischen Dimensionen für die Innovation veranschaulicht. Kreative Klassenräume sind als innovative Lernumgebungen konzipiert, die das Potenzial von IKT für die Innovation von Lern- und Lehrpraktiken in formalen, informellen und nicht-formalen Umgebungen voll ausschöpfen.
Das vorgeschlagene multidimensionale Konzept für kreative Klassenräume umfasst acht umfassende und miteinander verbundene Schlüsseldimensionen und einen Satz von 28 Referenzparametern („Bausteine“). Im Mittelpunkt der kreativen Klassenräume steht die Idee, dass innovative pädagogische Praktiken nur dann entstehen, wenn Lehrkräfte IKT mit dem Ziel einsetzen, neue und verbesserte Formen offener, kollaborativer und sinnvoller Lernaktivitäten zu organisieren, statt sich darauf zu beschränken, traditionelle pädagogische Mittel, wie den expositorischen Unterricht und das aufgabenorientierte Lernen, aufzubessern.
Es wird eine vorläufige Analyse von zwei realen Beispielen für IKT-gestützte Innovation im Bereich des Lernens präsentiert, (a) um zu zeigen, wie die vorgeschlagenen Schlüsseldimensionen und Referenzparameter unter realen Bedingungen implementiert werden und so höchst unterschiedliche kreative Klassenräume entstehen, und (b) um den systemischen Ansatz darzustellen, der für die nachhaltige Einführung und das schrittweise Mainstreaming kreativer Klassenräume in ganz Europa erforderlich ist.
EDUTEC 2012 - Canarias en tres continentes digitales
De todos y todas es conocido, que año tras año, y este es uno más, EDUTEC 2012 pretende generar el debate y la reflexión de los ciudadanos y, de los educadores en general y de los profesionales de la información en particular sobre el papel de las TICs como vehículo para el acercamiento de las culturas, abordando el papel de éstas como mediadoras en la construcción de nuevos valores como generadores de redes solidarias.
EDUTEC 2012 tiene como finalidad abrir un foro de debate acerca de la presencia de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en los diferentes contextos sociales, necesitada de orientación y de alternativas para afrontarlas críticamente. Persigue ser un encuentro profesionales de las TIC para dar respuesta a los vertiginosos cambios que afronta este siglo XXI. En definitiva, pretende, proporcionar un vehículo para la reflexión y la búsqueda de alternativas que nos conduzcan a la conversión de esta Sociedad de la Información en una Sociedad del Conocimiento.
En consecuencia, siendo ésta la tónica de los anteriores Congresos de Edutec, el que celebramos este año, en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (España), y en La Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, será también un espacio de intercambio de culturas, un espacio de debate, reflexión y análisis de iniciativas, proyectos, investigaciones, experiencias de éxito con las TIC, teniendo como lema "Canarias en tres continentes digitales ".
En esta ocasión, los objetivos fundamentales que pretendemos conseguir los orientamos hacia el abordaje desde diferentes visiones de la realidad de la educación y las TIC, para propiciar el intercambio de conocimiento y la información digital entre África, América y Europa, y de esta forma intercambiar entre los diferentes profesionales de los diferentes contextos, el papel de las TIC en la sociedad del conocimiento e impulsar la presentación de nuevas líneas de trabajo con las TIC en la educación formal y no formal.
